PNW WSO Athletes Make Their Mark at Youth, Junior & Senior Nationals

The Pacific Northwest showed up STRONG on the national stage!

Across Youth, Junior, and Senior Nationals, PNW WSO athletes delivered some incredible performances, setting new WSO records in the snatch, clean & jerk, and total along the way.

These records represent much more than numbers on a barbell. Behind every one is months and years of training, countless repetitions, missed lifts, technical adjustments, early mornings, long competition days, dedicated coaches, supportive teammates, and athletes willing to keep showing up and putting in the work.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our newest PNW WSO record holders!

Building the Future of PNW Weightlifting

What makes this list especially exciting is seeing athletes across Youth, Junior, and Senior competition continuing to raise the standard of weightlifting in our region.

National-level competition is never easy. Athletes have to perform when it counts, on a competition platform, under the pressure of representing themselves, their clubs, their coaches, and their region. Setting a record in that environment makes these performances even more special.

It is also a testament to the strength of the weightlifting community throughout the Pacific Northwest. Great athletes don't develop in isolation. Behind these performances are coaches investing in their athletes, clubs building supportive training environments, families making competition possible, officials and volunteers supporting our sport, and teammates cheering for one another.

To every athlete who represented the PNW at Youth, Junior, and Senior Nationals: congratulations.

And to our newest PNW WSO record holders — we hope you take a moment to appreciate what you've accomplished.

Records are made to be broken, and judging by the talent coming out of the Pacific Northwest, we have a feeling this record book will keep changing.

Congratulations to all of our PNW athletes, coaches, and clubs. We are proud to have you representing our region on the national stage!

Keep lifting. Keep competing. Keep raising the standard.

PNW STRONG!
